Aww,
it was hard to pry myself away from these photos ... these are the dear children of one of my good friends ... and wow time flies! They are getting so grown up.
It was such a fun challenge trying to still be true to my style but in the studio setting ... it feels pretty new to me!
As you can see, these certainly are some adorable subjects ;)
Doesn't she look just all grown up in this pose? :)
And this guy, he was all pumped up to have his photos taken. We did a little "practice" before the "real" ones so he brought his truck ;)
Those eyes ...
love the expressions ...
And in a split second from this
to this!
:)
Poor little guy was just not really in the mood for all this business ...
but this is the closest to a smile we got! :) (then when camera was put away, he was all grins!)
Big brother giving him a hug and pep talk ...
The natural light side of the studio:
Just a few outside ones to round it out.
Happy Tuesday, (oops ... Wednesday!) all! Morning does come quickly so better rest my eyes from this computer screen.
{p.s} plan is in the works for my studio's "Grand Opening"! (very soon!) stay tuned! just have to confirm a couple more things ...

Very nice, Jen! I can see your style coming through in the studio!
Love the candid expressions you caught.
You did a great job on the indoor ones. I know how hard it is with the lighting but they came out great.
